Please remember that engineered mattresses require dedicated production time before they are handed over to logistics:

• Standard Inventory Sizes: Dispatched from our Dindigul manufacturing hub within 2 to 4 business days of payment verification.
• Custom-Dimension Mattresses: Because these beds are cut and layered to your bespoke measurements, please allow an additional production buffer of 6 to 10 business days before the transit timeline begins.

3. Packaging & Freight Logistics

To ensure your mattress remains hygienic and structurally intact during transit, most models are vacuum-compressed and roll-packed into heavy-duty reinforced boxes. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination pin code. While our delivery partners provide doorstep drop-off, inside-home setup or old mattress removal is not included in standard shipping.

4. Tracking Your Consignment

Once your mattress is loaded onto our freight carrier's network, a shipping notification email and SMS text message will be forwarded directly to your registered mobile number. This alert contains a live tracking ID and a dedicated URL link to monitor your large parcel's progress in real time.

5. Delivery Requirements & Undelivered Shipments

Because mattresses are bulky, heavy freight, someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package. If a shipment is returned to our factory due to incorrect addresses, restricted road access for delivery trucks, or repeated missed delivery attempts, significant heavy-freight re-shipping fees will apply to arrange a second dispatch.
