1. Operational Scope & Product Engineering

Aadhiran Mattresses designs, manufactures, and distributes premium sleep solutions engineered for spinal alignment and restorative recovery. Our primary product lines include:

• Multi-layered orthopedic memory foam and natural pin-core latex mattresses.
• Precision-cut Custom Dimension Mattresses built to fit bespoke bed frames, antique cots, or non-standard architectural spaces.
• Ergonomic pillows, waterproof mattress protectors, and natural breathable toppers.

2. Custom-Sized Mattress Specifications

For orders requiring non-standard, bespoke dimensions crafted by our manufacturing unit, the following parameters apply:

• Dimensional Accuracy: Customers are strictly responsible for providing precise internal bed-frame measurements (length, width, and desired depth) during checkout.
• Production Lock: Once raw foam cutting and layering begin inside our facility, custom dimensional orders cannot be altered, paused, or cancelled.
• Industry Tolerances: Due to the elastic and organic nature of latex, memory foam, and quilted fabric covers, a standard manufacturing variance of ±0.5 inches in height, length, or width is deemed acceptable and does not constitute a defect.

3. Compression Settling & Firmness Perception

To ensure safe and damage-free transport, many of our mattresses are vacuum-compressed, roll-packed, and dispatched in protective reinforced boxes.

• Expansion Window: Roll-packed mattresses require 24 to 72 hours upon unboxing to fully expand to their core structural height.
• Natural Aroma: Freshly manufactured foam and natural organic latex may release a mild, harmless scent upon unpacking ("off-gassing"). This naturally dissipates within a few days in a well-ventilated room.
• Firmness Rating: Comfort is subjective. Perceived firmness varies depending on individual body weight, sleep posture, and the structural base of your bed frame (e.g., solid plywood vs. slatted bases). Subjective firmness perception alone is not treated as a manufacturing fault.

4. Financial Terms & Pricing System

All retail product prices displayed across our collection catalogs are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to dynamically modify pricing based on raw material fluctuations (such as organic rubber latex or steel spring yields) without prior notice. Payments must be fully cleared through our secure payment gateways before production or logistical dispatch begins.

5. Returns, Sleep Trial & Hygiene Parameters

Mattresses are sanitary personal health items. To maintain our strict hygiene standards, returns and replacements are governed by clear parameters:

• Custom-Sized Beds: Mattresses crafted to bespoke or non-standard dimensions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a structural structural fault or transit damage is verified.
• Hygiene Mandate: Any mattress returned under eligible trial or warranty claims must be completely free from liquid stains, tears, burns, odors, or unsanitary conditions. The continuous use of a waterproof mattress protector is mandatory during any trial period.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To lodge a valid claim for transit damage or incorrect sizing upon delivery, customers must record a continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video showing the shipping label and the expansion process clearly. Claims submitted without this verification will not be processed.

6. Shipping & Dispatch Timelines

Standard inventory sizes typically undergo quality check and dispatch within 2–4 business days. Custom-tailored mattress configurations require an engineered production window of 6–10 business days prior to dispatch. While our logistics partners strive for express doorstep execution, Aadhiran is not liable for transit delays caused by regional weather events, road closures, or incomplete address profiles.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions governed by them are construed under the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising between the consumer and Aadhiran Mattresses shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India (Postal Code: 624001).
